Douglass Community
Our goal is to move away from centuries of exploitative systems & violent technologies to ones that create public utility, empower communities, and move beyond scarcity dynamics.
We foster relationships with communities, businesses, Institutions and people— all aligned in our mission of building a global economic community of peace through the use of non-violent alternative platforms, as well as creating community initiatives to foster perpetual & impactful economic change.
As we start to role out initiatives, we will send updates and information in our Community Newsletter:
Switch to Non-Violent Technology
As modern technology continues to be decentralized, the opportunity to move away from exploitative systems, to ones where communities are in control of there tech utilities, can become a reality.
The first step in supporting the vision is to make the change to non-violent software.
Douglass offers browsers, social media, encrypted organization chat, e-commerce, open source code, as well as news.
All the community software is free: no tracking, no profiling, and is meant to be shared.

Tell us what to build
We build applications and services based on what members of the community request and need, not the other way around.
To make technology a true public utility, during each new building phase, we go through request forms, allowing community members to choose the next application or service that we build. Once complete we release the product for communities everywhere.
